We offer a range of bespoke automotive packages to suit a variety of budgets and events that incorporate all the essential elements required to ensure your event is a success.

The ultimate car showroom experience awaits your guests at Capesthorne Pavilion. An ideal prestige setting whether it is to launch the latest model, host a ride and drive or stage a classic car auction.

Why not capitalise upon the versatility of the grounds by combining the Pavilion's spacious indoor car display area for up to eight cars with its extensive outdoor space and use of the exclusive Capesthorne's grounds.

Ideal photographic opportunities exists for the outdoor promotion of your latest models utilising the stunning backdrop of Capesthorne Hall as a show case area.

To further interest your guests, a guided tour of the historic 17th century Jacobean Hall and gardens is also available.

CONFERENCE EVENTS
Accommodating up to 500 delegates (theatre style), its neutral tones and simplicity allow you complete versatility in the interior layout and finishing touches. So whether you are organising an exclusive soiree or a more modest networking event, you can be assured the Capesthorne Pavilion will provide you with the best contemporary space in which to play host.

Standard hire for the Pavilion is based on access from 08:00 until 12:30. Whilst dry hire does not include any food or drink, it does include furniture and flipcharts. Refreshments can be purchased in addition to the hire cost or you can take advantage of our delegate rates.

We have a substantial database of preferential suppliers at our disposal. We are here to help with all of your event needs, so please contact us if you would like a bespoke package created.
